Østkilskogen beat:

The Østkilskogen beat is a typical for flyfishing. 1000 meter double bank fishing. Some rapids highest, but mostly the river flows wide and calm. Østkilskogen is known as one of the best beats in Stjørdal river. A boat is available for crossing the river, and also a small cabine for resting.

Sonoset beat:

Sonoset has about 500 meters doublebank fishing. Sonoset pool includes the mouth of the side river Sona. It's an interesting and a bit provocing pool. In Sonoset you may also dispose a boat for row fishing.  Sonoset is available for both fly- and spoonfishing.

Holmene beat:

Holmene is more a fly-pool. The river is wide and calm highest, but becomes more rough lowest.
